Ordered these 2 weeks ago and I haven’t received the item. There is no correspondence from the company about my order or shipment. I’ve been emailing them, but did not get any email response. I had to call them countless times to reach their CS. You can imagine my surprise when I received an email to review the product even though I haven’t received it…

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused.
When your order was first received, there was an address formatting issue in our system. Your address included “U 1358”, which we initially interpreted as Unit 1358. While the system accepted the address, it then flagged an internal error, which unfortunately prevented the order from being dispatched as expected.
We understand you attempted to contact us, and while our lines were busy during your first call, we were able to speak with you shortly after. At that point, we explained the situation, reconfirmed your correct address, and updated it in our system. The corrected address has now been accepted and your order is being processed for delivery.
We also apologise for the automated review email being sent before your order arrived — this is triggered automatically once an order reaches a certain stage and, in this case, was clearly premature.
